His commitment to the support of creativity extends beyond legal practice and is reflected in his patronage of photography (PhotoSaintGermain, Le BAL, unRepresented, or publications), contemporary dance (La Fabrique de la Danse), and visual arts education (La Fabrique du Regard).
Etienne is a member of Creatricks, serves on the board of directors of La Fabrique de la Danse, and teaches in the HMONP programme at ENSA Paris–Malaquais.

La Fabrique de la Danse
« Everything is moving! » used to say Merce Cunningham.
Drawing on postmodern influences, contemporary dance pushes the boundaries of the body and of the performing arts, constantly reshaping forms of expression and presence on stage.
As a powerful space for creativity and self‑expression, dance naturally resonates with BBa’s commitment to artistic creation. It was therefore only natural that, in 2018, Bureau Baillet (BBa) began supporting La Soirée des Chorégraphes, the annual highlight bringing together choreographers from La Fabrique de la Danse’s incubator programme.
La Fabrique de la Danse’s choreographers’ incubator is a comprehensive support programme accompanying artists at every stage of the creative process — from the development of an artistic vision to the structuring of a dance company and the presentation of works to the public.
BBa’s sponsorship reflects a shared desire to promote dance as a powerful gateway to imagination, poetry and self‑knowledge, as well as a commitment to supporting the innovative economic model developed by La Fabrique de la Danse, whose values closely align with those of the firm.

La Fabrique du Regard
As the educational arm of Le BAL, La Fabrique du Regard uses images as a tool to support and empower young people. By learning to take ownership of their point of view, participants develop a greater awareness of the world around them and of their ability to engage with it.
Since its creation in 2008, La Fabrique du Regard has carried out in‑depth educational work with young people in areas undergoing urban regeneration, within priority education networks, and in regions with limited access to cultural and artistic resources.
Through its partnership with Le BAL, Bureau Baillet (BBa) seeks to support particularly vulnerable links in the fields of education, art and culture, in line with the firm’s broader commitment to cultural transmission and access to creative practices.
